To repair the systems, you will need to navigate the shuttle and find the areas where the systems need attention. Once you've located the problem area, use the tools provided to repair the system before it completely breaks down.

Be careful, though, as the imposter who has stowed away on the shuttle may try to sabotage your efforts by creating additional problems. Keep your wits about you and stay vigilant.
